Enjoying time during EIP can seems a little hard because we already have a full schedule, but sometimes, when we have a break and when we aren't with the teachers, we can have a free time that normally people use for having fun and resting. The problem is that immersioners can also use this time to speak in Portuguese, and it's not good for the program's progress.
During my free times, I've been talk with many people and learned so much with them . The greatest things that I got addicted to improve my English on the free time are the games and playing this is good way to sharing people because normally it needs a group of people to be played.
Games are a different way to practicing English as a funny way. So, I am gonna tell us what kind of games I have been played that helps me a lot with English using a example of one:
So, "Never have I ever" is a game that can be played with a free numbers of players, but it's better to have a large number, it will be more funny. The players need to put the hands on a table or any other place where the hands can be seen, and we just have to start with a person. The person will say a thing that he/she never had done in his/her hole life, and, if another player had already done this thing, the person must down one finger. So, who has less fingers down wins the game. Oh, it has to be in English and you can also say specific things to eliminate your opponent.
This was a good idea that I addicted with my colleagues to spend time practicing English as more as we can without loosing a good fun time.
I hope you guys have liked my suggestion based on my experience. If you have anymore game like that one, leave your comment below 🙂
