Music as a profession. Why not?

Well, almost everyone in the planet likes music. There are so many types of music styles for all kinds of people, and thanks to technology, almost everyone has access to that. And that is not just about listening , but about making music and learning an instrument.

Some people like so much the art of sound that they would like to do this for all their lives, as I do. Not just as a hobby, but as a profession, and as a choice that will decide how your life is going to be. Well, choosing music as a profession is a hard choice, specially when it is about money, success and family support. There is  pressure everywhere!!

What I would like to say here is that I chose music as a job not to prove that I am capable of being successful in this job, showing everyone were wrong; but to do what I love and to be the best I can. And that is what I want: to change lives with my art, to bring people hope and to be a bridge so people can have access to the benefits that music brings to the human life. And let me say another thing: music is a profession like all the others, and you can really make money with that, enough to have a great life. And as the other jobs, you need to make an effort yourself to be successful. So, be who you want to be and do what you want to do, but be aware about your choices and its consequences.
